Cava with extra-long ageing time on lees.

It was the first sparkling wine in the world made without adding sugar. It is aged in barrels, then for at least 5 years in the cellar. This cava has become truly luxurious – like great Champagne which costs at least 3 times more.

Made by Antonio Mestres Sagues at Mestres, which is linked to the wine world by 29 generations of the Mestres family – since 1312!
