Ramon Jane continues with his work to recover the Mandó variety. An important variety at the beginning of the 20th century in the Penedés and that was abandoned due to its rusticity and low yield. This is how this claret was born from an old Sitges Malvasia macerated with skins and a young man who gives it a punch.
Ramon Jané is one half of the esteemed Corpinnat house Mas Candí, but this wine comes from his solo project that he started in 2019 which promises some of the most exciting natural wines of Europe.
